When did you start playing disc golf and how?

In 2017, I went with friends to buy starter packs, and it all started from there.

What are your biggest achievements in disc golf?

When I threw from the tee to the basket on hole 14 at Laajalahti.

Or well, maybe when I won the Ristinummi Spring Open 2022 in the MA2 division, or when I secured second place at the Kapina Open 2021 in the MPO division.

What are your future goals related to disc golf?

• To work within the sport, for example, as a physical trainer or mental coach.

Favorite disc?

• Well, I have a few DD3/Cloudbreaker in my bag so maybe those 😁

Share a secret talent outside of disc golf?

I can juggle three balls normally, off the wall, and off the floor.

Motto?

You can’t always win. Not even every time.

Hi! I'm Jonathan Björkskog, a long time beginner in the world of disc golf, playing mostly for fun with friends. On the course, my strategy is playing it safe, especially at the start of a round. I excel in unpredictable courses that require a lot of luck and putting under pressure, but find challenges in long-distance throws.
