Product Information and Pricing

All prices are stated in Euros in Finland and include VAT and other charges except shipping costs. The total price of the purchase is clearly displayed before the final order and includes all costs related to the purchase, including shipping costs.

Warehouse and Storefront

Products are shipped from our Pietarsaari warehouse.

Products shipped from the storefront may have been displayed at some point. This does not affect the condition or appearance of the product.

Sales and Delivery Terms

Physical products: The product will be shipped.

Delivery

Delivery: Physical products are shipped no later than the next business day after the order and are delivered within a few business days (usually within 1-4 business days).

Payment: We require payment for the product from the moment it is shipped from us to the customer.

Personal data: Discgolfbase processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PuL). Information that can be linked to you as an individual will never be made available to other companies or linked to external registers.

Card information: When making purchases at fullflight.store, payment is processed by Paytrail, Stripe, Google wallet, Apple Pay, or Klarna. All card information is stored in accordance with card network regulations.

Goods Return

Returns: If you want to return a product, you can email info@fullflightstore.com with the subject “RETURN” to receive a return shipping label.

Complaints: If there is a defect in the product, you must report it to the store in writing or verbally within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Complaint rules are found in the Consumer Purchase Act.

Right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the moment you, as the buyer, have received the product. Physical products can be returned for a refund if they are in a condition that they can be resold.

Warranty: Products are delivered as described; in other cases, the customer has the right to a refund.
